The NAHB International Builders’ Show® is the largest annual light construction show in the world—welcoming 60,000 visitors from 100 countries and more than 1,500 top manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe to showcase the latest and most in-demand products and services.
Zillow enlisted Manifold to create a trade show booth space that was welcoming, interactive and encouraged builders to learn more about how to get their homes in front of the most highly qualified buyers using the largest real estate network on the web. With insights from Zillow’s 2018 New Construction Consumer Housing Trends Report, builders were able to learn more than ever about Zillow Group’s immense pool of home shoppers.

Featuring a deconstructed design evocative of a home, the space was infused with modern, clean lines, an eye catching roofline and the classic Zillow blue brand palette. Light wood laminate flooring, mid-century modern furniture and greenery created warmth and airiness throughout the space that lent itself to a friendly, approachable environment.
Much like a home, siloed spaces and rooms were thoughtfully designed throughout the 800 square foot space to allow for different types of conversations throughout the buyer’s journey—from casual conversation around a kitchen island experience hub to iPad-clad counters offering real-time shopper insights to cozy nooks where more defined deals could take place. A gallery wall featuring simplified marketing best practices allowed for a self-service element catering to builders on the go.
