About the project
The M/Shop is Manifold’s catch-all curiosity cabinet: after a collective 500 years of MAKING STUFF FOR CLIENTS we have decided that we should have various little things available online. These aren’t big things or important things, they’re actually little things that we made. Little things we labored over, handcrafted and put online. Check it out.

For our sixth birthday we sat in a conference room for two hours brainstorming how to celebrate. We came to the realization that this must be a daily occurrence – “how do I celebrate this damned birthday – I don’t have a clue?” Fear no more: if you’re completely drawing a blank, feel free to purchase the “Manifold Birthday In A Box” kit which includes a card, hat, candles, matches, balloon, noisemaker and confetti. We gave this “2016 Idea Book” notebook to our clients as a thank you for all the great opportunities they provided us in 2015. We love coming up with ideas, but felt that it was hard to track them all. They live in notebooks, they live on napkins, they live on whiteboards and they live in Slack. We thought about how we could take a notepad and add a simple “creative tab” feature, allowing “idea people” to track various concepts more efficiently.
This is what we came up with. Of course with a print run, we had extras left over, so if you or someone you know would like one you can purchase one.
