Nest Lounge at SXSW
Manifold created a “Home Away from Home” experience at SXSW. Forgot something? Nest probably has it. Tired, thirsty, hungry? Phone need a quick charge? Nest can help with that too. The bar was stocked with the little amenities you might’ve left off your packing list like sunscreen, lip balm, Band-Aids and water. We did this all laddering up to their brand tagline of “Thoughtful Things.”
We served up locally roasted coffee along with Austin-based GoodPops to give a much needed pick-me-up between events.
One of the key features was the Nest Fire Truck: big, blue and decked out by the guys from West Coast Customs. Visitors were able to your get their hands on Nest Protect and the Nest Learning Thermostat, and found out why it’s better to quiet your smoke alarm with a wave instead of yanking it off the ceiling.
3500 people who needed a quick break or a quiet place to meet a friend while you’re charging your phone stopped by and hung out with Nest.
