A Target hosted film festival featuring top student film makers
Manifold was called upon by Target to manage a test campaign designed to inform the brand’s 2015 millennial strategy. After studying millennial trend reports for 2015, we recommended pursuing a “maker strategy” that focused on highly motivated and creative students who were viewed as influencers on campus.
Manifold struck a partnership with Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts, a top ten film school, and created the Target Picture Show, a student film festival that showcased top talent in an unexpected location – an event space on the edge of the Everglades featuring a barn showing, chapel showing, and drive-in-theater.
